Connective DX is excited to announce that we have been awarded a Healthiest Company of Oregon designation by the Portland Business Journal. Coming in at #2 out of 15 in the 2-99 employee category, we have moved up from our previous year’s ranking of 5.
The Healthiest Employers program awards companies who are demonstrating innovation and leadership in their wellness programs. The results were based off of detailed surveys submitted over prior months followed by rigorous scoring. Connective DX was recognized for our wellness program, which is structured using the quarterly themes of healthy eating and hydration, movement, flexibility, and mindfulness. The wellness program also includes mini-challenges during each quarter in which employees can participate, such as a water-drinking challenge, a movement “passport” with activities to complete to reach a goal, and a healthy food potluck lunch. In addition to our wellness program, Connective DX currently offers the following wellness benefits:
- Monthly onsite massages in the Portland and Boston offices subsidized by CDX
- A healthy snack cupboard in the Portland and Boston offices
- Organic fresh fruit delivery
- Flexible schedules
