As a UX Architect at Connective DX you will identify and advocate for the user’s needs and desires for platforms we design and build.
From user research and insights through to IA, feature specification and testing, the UX Architect guides the foundational aspects of our user-centered design process. Using an innate ability to bring clarity and structure to complex systems, the UX Architect is a sense-maker, a destroyer of complexity and confusion, and a good partner with our Content, UI, Analytics and Development team members. The UX Architect moves fluidly from insight and empathy to architecture, and specifications that open up opportunity and inspire the creative, content and development teams. This is a senior level, client-facing role that will lead design projects from discovery through to final delivery.

- Lead Collaborative Wireframing
- Define & Specify Feature/Functional Requirements
- Annotate Components
- Conduct User Testing
- At least five years in a UX Architect role working on complex websites and applications
- Experience leading a design team through a complete design process
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Comfortable representing a design process and progress to internal stakeholders and senior-level clients
- Agency experience preferred
