Director of Marketing 

Connective DX is a growing national digital agency seeking an enthusiastic leader for our Sales and Marketing Team. This is a national role leading marketing and sales development across both our Boston, MA and Portland, OR offices. This position will report to the Chief Strategy Officer. This position can be a telecommute position or can be based in Portland, OR or Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Sales development (nurture and qualification) for Portland and Boston offices
- Oversee acquisition of new business and major account relationships. 
  Success will be measured specifically by the number of new leads that lead to sales pitches.
- Content marketing and demand generation.
- Event and partner marketing: Evangelize the role of customer centricity outside of the agency through speaking, writing and thought leadership 
- Account-based marketing 
- Oversee the Connective DX utilities and healthcare go-to-market strategy

Marketing technology and reporting:
- Establish and measure metrics that define successful customer relationships.
- Facilitate cross-company processes (back-stage or frameworks) and alignment on how to deliver greatest value to customers.
- Lead ongoing research to gain insight on customer motivations and goals, and share the voice of the customer with the entire agency.
