As one of the co-founders of Connective DX, Jeff can pretty much do whatever he likes around here. Fortunately, what he likes—actually, loves—is shaping the agency’s strategic direction, cultivating partnerships, and helping clients achieve great outcomes. Lots of people say they thrive on the dynamic nature of digital, but Jeff really means it. You can hear it in his voice as he waxes ecstatic on topics like digital strategy, experience design, content management, and analytics. He channels this passion in organizing the annual Delight Conference, speaking at industry events, and blogging for Fast Company or The CMS Myth. Humbled and exhilarated by the impact our work in digital can have, Jeff’s enthusiasm drives his vision for the agency and our clients alike.
A man of eclectic interests, Jeff has dabbled in raising miniature donkeys, shoots a mean three-pointer, and in his youth was an aspiring magician. He lives in Boston with his wife and two sons, where he can finally attend Red Sox games in person after a childhood spent calling the Fenway Park pay phone for score updates. (True story.)
